By using any payment link, registration portal, or YellowHive-managed platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Services & Merchant of Record (MoR)
YellowHive may act as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for select events, exhibitions, and partner-led initiatives.
In such cases:
- Payments are processed through YellowHive’s authorized payment systems
- YellowHive handles invoicing, reconciliation, and support
- Event-specific policies (e.g., cancellation, refunds) are governed by the respective event organizer
These Terms apply specifically to payment processing, data handling, and user support.
Privacy Policy & Data Collection
Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including:
- Name, email address, phone number
- Company name and designation
- Billing details and GST information (if applicable)
- Transaction and payment references
Event Partner Data Sharing
If you register for an event managed by a partner (e.g., ISNT NDE 2025), we may share limited data such as:
- Name
- Email
- Company
- Transaction reference
This is strictly for:
- Participant verification
- Event communication
- Customer support
Data Sharing & Security
- We do not store or share sensitive payment data (card details, CVV, bank credentials)
- Payments are securely processed via Razorpay and its compliant systems
- Limited transaction data may be shared with event organizers only for operational purposes
- We follow reasonable security practices to protect your information from unauthorized access or misuse.
Payment, Billing & Refund Policy
Multi-Currency Payments
- International payments are enabled via Razorpay Global
- Transactions comply with RBI and FEMA regulations
- All settlements are processed in INR after currency conversion
Invoicing & Reconciliation
- All invoices are issued by YellowHive Events & Media Pvt. Ltd.
- Payment reconciliation is managed internally
- Partner organizers may receive settlement reports where applicable
Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are governed by the specific event or service policy
- Where YellowHive acts as MoR, refunds are processed on behalf of the event organizer
- Processing timelines may vary depending on:
- Event policies
- Payment gateway timelines
Event Changes or Cancellation
In case of:
- Event postponement
- Cancellation
- Format changes
Refunds, credits, or transfers will be handled:
- As per the event organizer’s policy
- Facilitated by YellowHive where applicable
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies to:

- Analyze user behavior
- Enhance user experience

- No financial or payment data is stored in cookies
